Telok Batik beach is near Lumut , you can get there by getting to the PLUS H'way from Kuala Lumpur you have to head to IPOH.
The beach is consider as clean and it is a public beach. You can stay here, there is a motel or you can stay in Lumut , there is quite a number of hotels there.
